Letterpress cards are printed by hand on 100% cotton bright white paper and are sized at 3.5"x2". Our paper is designed for letterpress and accepts a beautiful impression. Should you prefer an alternative paper or size, please email us orders@studio-olivine.com. We are happy to help you find an alternative color, texture or shape.

After you place your order, please use our submit files button at the bottom of the shop page to send us your order. We would like files submitted as pdf, .ai or .eps. Please vectorize all files prior to sending and include ink color selections in your submitted file.
Due to the custom nature of this product, an order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been approved by the client and has been sent into production. Partial refunds may be available on orders that have begun processing but have not yet gone into production, and will be determined on a case by case basis. If a partial refund will be given, the refund will be calculated based on the portion of work that has not yet been completed.

We are happy to work with you if possible on partial refunds or cancellations, so please reach out the moment you have a change or concern so that we are most able to help. Time is of the essence!
