How do I upload files?
You can send us your files via the upload file button on our order page. You can also reply to your order confirmation email with your files. Please include any ink color requests when you place your order.

Proofing + Printing
You will receive a pdf proof within 24 business hours of placing an order. We will contact you in advance if there are any questions or details that we need to know before creating your proof. Please be aware that colors in digital proofs vary from actual letterpress printed pieces depending on your monitor calibration. For the most exact color matching, please include Pantone numbers with your files. Once your proof is approved, please allow 10 business days before shipping.

When are you open? Can I stop by?
Business hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30-4:30 pst,
Studio visits and consultations are by appointment only.
What is your turnaround time?
Our general turnaround time is 10 business days from proof approval. However, some jobs with larger quantities or intricacies may require more time. The production turnaround time starts when you sign off on our digital pdf and pay for your job. Your production time does not include shipping. If you need your project quicker than 10 business days, please communicate with us. We can't always accommodate rushes, but we are always happy to try. Rush fees will likely be applied and will be discussed.
